Amanda’s career started in Washington, DC, at one of the country’s top event and meeting management firms. She worked with corporate, association, and government clients in the DC and Baltimore regions to customize events, meetings, conferences, tours, and transportation programming that met internal and external business needs. Amanda then worked in Boston, Maine, New York City, Chicago, Indianapolis, and Kansas City as the company expanded.

Her experience ranges from providing creative solutions for intimate investor activities to transportation programs for thousands of attendees to multi-day annual conferences to “behind the scenes” tours and special events at some of the most exclusive institutions in the country.

Amanda also has extensive experience working within the corporate and healthcare communities in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio through various development positions held for a health-related nonprofit association.

Sally joined Plum City Events as a Partner in July 2023. Bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience, this new role empowers Sally to remain active in the Cleveland business community while being an innovative and creative contributor in the city’s growing travel and tourism market.

Sally is a force that sees opportunity everywhere and pursues it with determination and kindness. Her business acumen and unmatched relationship-building will set the path for Plum City’s growth and future success.

Before joining Plum City Events, Sally worked in various leadership positions where she helped clients and organizations grow their businesses through sales, marketing, and event strategies; and spent close to a decade leading marketing, events and programming, and client relations in the private club and membership industry.
